Speeding up GNU Rollouts

You probably use only one of the 32 cores of you CPU. Check the Settings/Options/Other/Eval Threads setting.

Rollouts scale rather well (match analysis less so) but using 32 may hurt your computer's responsiveness if you want to use it for some interactive tasks while the rollout is running.

There is no "obviously right" value to use. Maybe start with 16 or 24 and adjust from there.
