That sounds right, assuming it's an even return of stake for a 1/37 loss per spin of the wheel.

Obviously, any bet at a casino is going to lose in the long run.

The more relevant question is if you go to a casino and sit yourself down at a high rollers roulette wheel where the chips are worth $100 each and they comp your drinks while you're gambling, can you come out ahead with this strategy? Odds are you'll be up a chip or two at some point and you can drink up and cash in.
