PotD 10/9/24 - Cubing from a backgame!?

Say we roll 63, played 22/16*/13, and opp enters with 61. This sequence is very favorable for us, and I am still not sure it becomes a pass. Maybe it does, but it can't be a dead drop. Therefore, my guess is ND.
