We'll be ahead in the race after this play, so priming or running seem more thematic than anchoring. 13/9 10/6 makes an ugly stack on the six, so that's out. Making the nine while stepping up with one of the runners looks better, but I'm inclined to make on of the five points since I'm unsure about which of the options is best.

Referring back to the first sentence, that points to making the five point instead of the GP. So, that's my play.
