It's not clear that White has a take, so it has to be a double. The t/p decision looks real close. I usually follow the "when in doubt, take" advice so I'll take here. Blue has to leave an immediate shot with 54 and has to leave 5 shots if he PoH with 44 and 10 with 32 or 21.
