Rule of Fours says when you have four or less checkers on the midpoint and have escaped the rest vs a high anchor holding game, it's a cube when it would be a race-cube pass according to the pipcount, and a take up until twice the point-of-last-take.

Here, white doesn't even have an anchor, so it must be a cube, and with a ~20 pip deficit it would still be a cube if she makes the anchor. Which seems to add up to a pass.
