12 hits almost lock things up. Small gammon chance is about equal to small losing chance. I will call it equivalent of 11.5 wins. Adjusting about 2 effective pips for opponent's worse distribution but adjusting again for how bad our 1s are, I will guess on average tied pipcount race with opponent on turn on other 24 rolls. I'll guess we would have about 40% cubeless and adjust to 30% considering opponent's cube access. So 30% of 24 = 7.2 more wins. Total of 18.7 wins.

No cube, super easy take. Closer to a beaver than to a cube.
