The weird play beats the "reasonable" plays by 30 to 50 millipoints with these rollout settings:

¹ 1296 Games rolled with Variance Reduction.

Moves: 3-ply, cube decisions: XG Roller

eXtreme Gammon Version: 2.10

What settings would you suggest? And assuming you've seen the bot results yourself, would you make that play?
