Looks like a fairly normal pvp position, so must be a take according to the dicta.

Are there enough market losers to ship it? Maybe making the nine point to complete the prime or hitting the blot or escaping one of the runners. Not sure, but if most of these are MLs the cube is a cinch.

Practically, I'd send it here since some will pass. Not sure if it's a technical cube, but I'll go with D/T.
