Spreading our runners over three points means we won't be stuck if we roll consecutive double, alternatively play the anit-joker move that plays well if white rolls 11 or 22. The former is 24/21 22/20. Making the GP addresses the latter and is probably what I'd do Otb without thinking about it much.

After making the GP, 1s and 3s are blocked, but we can roll a bunch of consecutive 33s without crunching the board. As for 11s we're crunching with a second one regardless of how we shuffle. So, I'll make the GP since it is the better anti-joker.
