The "rule of fours" applied to a three point anchor says that once you have four or fewer checkers on the midpoint with all the runners escaped says it's a cube if you have a 3 pip lead and a pass if it's a 30 pip lead. Fourteen pips seems solidly in the middle and I'm not seeing unusual features here so it should be D/T.
