Clocks rules question

Per the video, https://www.youtube.com/live/5YibAXTW3ws?si=lW6X5d2y-gIlCtWa&t=16262 , there seems to be no audible warning. However, the time is flashing zeros.

Methinks this sad outcome illustrates the need for a low time warning requirement.

(And for players to understand what timing out means.)
