Dice Cheating in Cyprus?

Are we sure the video (in the link) is related to the cheating action ?

The name (in the video) of one of the player doesn't match any of the names in the title or in the description of the video ?

Furthermore, isn't stupid for the cheater to switch dice for a die with two 5, when your opponent is in a 12 back game (according to the video) with bad timing and at the time he just closed his 5 point ?
