To me, the most damning snippet of the 2019 tape is near the end of the game.

As the alleged cheater, call him "Mr. Red," bears in and off, he picks up the dice and puts them directly into the baffle box for many consecutive rolls. At 41:47, he gets hit. Black (the hitter) has a closed board.

When Black starts bearing off, he leaves a 6 shot. Mr. Red continues to throw the dice directly and honestly into the baffle box, but he is also seen to be adjusting his edge-hidden dice, perhaps getting them ready.

Now watch at 43:02, when Black leaves a direct 5-shot. It is only exactly at this moment that Mr. Red brings the dice over to his hidden dice pile. It is difficult to prove that he is definitely switching, but in my opinion, it is reasonable to make a powerful inference. That would clearly be the right time to swap into 5-heavy die/dice.
