PotD 11/15/24 - Enough to RD?

I count 27 rolls that hit and they all look like market losers. White seems to have a recube if missed and it sure looks like a cash. So, give white 25% to win if doubled, and the take looks clear.

And 75% GWC with a bunch of market losers makes the cube seem clear too.

Am I missing something here? Seems too obvious for a PotD.
