Move white's straggler to the 5 point to make the advanced anchor and it's a D/T according to the rule of fours.

Blue is a bit better than that due to white's lack of an anchor, so the cube looks clear. Blue is outboarded, so give white the advantage in position and you get 2 of 3 PRAT, which is usually D/T. So, I'll go with that.
