If we can apply the Rule of Fours here, it's D/T. A race cash if there were no contact, but white's pip deficit is less than twice the point of last take.

Rule of Fours applies to a high anchor holding game, and here white has less contact. That may make it a pass, but between the race equity and the shot equity I think white has enough to take. Ship it since there are market losers and nothing that immediately blots.
