I'm only seeing two plays here and both look reasonable: hit on the 16 while escaping a runner or building the blockade by making the 8 and the 4.

11 in the zone with an opponent's checker on the roof and a four point board looks pretty strong. So does escaping with tempo that puts two on the roof, but the former looks stronger. I'd lean more towards hitting at GG, but I'll make the 8 and 4 AtS.
