I think in your first line you menat b/21 instead of b/24.

Not following what you are asking here. How does putting white on the bar prevent white doubling? And if you know these results, there is clearly no reason to try to induce a wrong double by playing 7/5. Whether white doubles or note her equity is higher than what you would be giving after hitting (whether white doubles or not).
