Yes?

It's pretty common that Phil Simborg and I will have a "last longer" bet in the Chicago Open. Let's say that we both go 0-4 and are relegated to the "Unlucky Dice Last Chance" (not dissimilar to this format where the consolation bracket isn't really equitable, but exists just so everyone gets a minimum amount of play).

I have to imagine that Phil would look at me sideways if I won that event and then tried to collect on the bet.
