I included all the plays that John mentioned since he was the only one that replied. I think for us regular 23 paired chromosome life forms this play is a lot tougher than XG thinks it is. The opponent has a strong and better board which is generally a reason not to leave direct shots. Our position before rolling was also more geared towards priming than trying to blitz so deep in our board. The race is fairly close and long so playing safe has to be considered.
