OT - Not possible, improbable, possible, other?

I'm going to go with "Improbable".

From what I've read, most programs are slow to see results (think 3-6 months), but I have come across some plyometrics videos on YouTube where commenters are saying they're going from unable to touch the rim to dunking in about 12 weeks.

Your age would certainly be limiting, but I'd imagine it's not impossible.
