It is hard to imagine that Neil would miss this play if 21/15 is best six. My opinion is that he overplay this move (QF told me it is error) with 13/7. Anyway my choice is 21/15 because I don't like to be with two checkers without anchor in same zone where my opponent has ten checkers. In addition race is not hopeless so running is thematic. Minor factor is duplication of 3s. I don't think that prime game is proper response.
