3. How many of the players that weren't averaging under 4.0 on that list then, actually do now by way of gradual improvement?

I can see one player on that list who probably wasn't averaging below 4.0 then but easily averaging below 4.0. I can see one player who most definitely wasn't averaging bellow 4.0 then, but today he probably is. Not a lot of movement. Not going to say the names. I doubt there are more than 25 Americans who average better than 4.0 today.
