Have you any suggestions to point 2? I mean a relative measurement would be PR(a) - PR(B) but I'm quite sure that you mean something different.

What I'll do after the next release is a better(?) PR, e.g. if you read your opponent correctly and he passes a ND you wont get a pnealty (or a TG / Take)
