Simply buttoning up with 21,13 looks playable. There's still plenty of contact to deal with the ~12 pip race deficit. Is there something better?

18/10 deserves a good look. It provides more contact and brings a 12th checker into the zone. And it's a more "active" play, so I'll go with that.
