DQ: Is this a safe vs bold decision?

After 24/21, I will have 4 home board points (albeit low ones) vs 3. Also have an anchor. I will be ahead in the race. But I am concerned about getting hit and coming in on the 1 or 2 points behind the broken 5-prime. In other words, I have no donkey clue as to how to analyze this position.
