Advanced anchor and a 4 point vs 3 point board indicate a bold play. Ahead in the race argues for a safe play. Seems like bold is the way to go. Or as some will say: "Two on the bar is better by far".

Note that after hitting loose on the five point only four rolls enter both checkers, so you opponent will still be on the roof almost 90% of the time. Yeah, 20 shots is a lot to volunteer, but an advanced anchor and her three point board should provide plenty of counterplay if you are hit. And by slotting both of the remaining open homeboard points you stand a very good chance of making one of them.
