XG Mobile (android)

Hi, Whilst playing XG Mobile on my Android phone I selected the Full Screen Mode and now I'm stuck in this mode, even in the help menu and stats screen. Can anyone help me here as to how to get back to the standard non-full screen mode? Thanks.
