114-127 should give the favorite about 78% chances (using the Trice formula which is side on roll pip count/10 rounding down + 2). 114 (on roll)-110 makes the game 50/50. That's a 28% difference over a 17 pip range so each pip is worth about 1.6% 114-118 should then be 50% - 8(1.6%) = 37.2%.
