New XG

: For instance, it plays opening 63: 24/21, 13/7.
: Should you start playing your opening that way?
: I wouldn't. New XG might know how to play after
: making that opening, but would you? Probably not.Interesting comment. If bots played that way, I bet
all bot worshippers would open that way and try to
learn to play the rest of the game after that opening
like the bots also. This is how fallacies self-prove circularly.
But what if the human plays that opening instead of
bots doing it and then what if bots don't know how
to play the rest in response to your opening?
I tried a few games and the games enfolded in ways
interesting enough that I'll try a session of 100
games when I find time.In case some of you want to try also, here is how
you do it the easiest way. Set the dice to manual.
Start a session. Roll 63 for yourself and play as
above. When the dice dialog appears again. Click
on "revert to internal" dice and play on. At the
end of the game, click on "review" not "continue"
which will give you a chance to set the dice to
manual again before the next game. Then just click
on the board to start a new game within the same
session. Repeat the process...Whether you win or lose, I bet your will surprize
yourselves.MK
