Hit and out, double hit, or PoH? I think 21/16 21/17* is the DMP play. That leaves 11 non-lethal shots after which you'll be favored to enter and will have two White checkers somewhat primed in your inner board. You'll be in pretty good shape on White's other 25 numbers especially on the 9 dancers or the bad 6s (65,63,61). Is the gammon factor enough to make one of the other plays the better choice for money? The double hit gains the most when it works but it's pretty double-edged. PoH wins quite a few g's as well and keeps the anchor so you don't lose many g's.

Not very confident on this one but I'll vote for the DMP play.
