Definitely a double per the Woolsey rule. I count 9 immediate blotting numbers and a half dozen or so that are safe but awkward. Are there too many g's lost for White to take? Could be since White needs 82 pips to bring all outfield checkers to the inner board. Otoh, Blue's bearin/bearoff process might be kind of slow so I think White does have a close take.
