Blue is ahead in position and race. Not much in the way of threats either way, so normally PRAT would say D/T.

But white is playing an ace point game. She'll be looking at 13 in the zone nest turn (or worse if blue rolls 11) so it's probably too dangerous for her to split. That seems to imply that she's stuck playing an ace point game.
