Any comments about this bg "paper" and/or its author?

While searching for "cubeful cubeless skill", I found this "paper"
by some Tilemachos Zoidis in an obscure "pre-print repository":

I thought I had seen his name somewhere before. Surely enough, he
had posted in bug-gnubg twice; once even giving a link to his paper:

Unless nobody there has read his paper, it's interesting that there
have been no comments in bug-gnubg about the stuff he wrote.

Also, I couldn't find anything about him by searching for his name.
Does anybody know anything about this aspiring mythematician?

Would any of the more senior gamblegammon mythematicians here care to
say anyhing about his quite elaborate arguments based on impressively
complicated myhematical formulas??
