Play with huge difference between intermediate and expert

Below are the ELO's for all player levels, from the XG manual,
with some descriptions that I don't understand.

I can convert ELO differences to PR differences but I don't
know how to convert ELO's to PR's.

Does anyone know?

XG Roller +++ truncated at 7 ply using 2-ply and 3-ply == 2264

XG Roller + truncated at 7 ply using 1-ply and 2-ply == 2262

XG Roller truncated at 6 ply == 2255

eXtreme Gammon 3 ply == 2254

Champion 3 ply Reduction (sampling) == 2249

Professional 2 ply == 2228

Expert 1 ply Immediate == 2201

Advanced 1 ply with very little noise Immediate == 1935

Intermediate 1 ply with little noise Immediate == 1780

Beginner 1 ply with noise Immediate == 1600

Distracted 1 ply with huge noise Immediate == 1435
