I don't think hitting is right - white has a strong board plus two anchors. and blue has basically nothing.

That seems to leave making the GP as the most viable option for the deuce. 13/10 exposes a triple shot so 6/3 for the three - not really sure what the winning game plan is, but slotting the next available homeboard point while making the GP looks like the best way to stave off a rout.
