Ralph Burd v. Mochy High Roller Oddities

I'm not sure how you would ever play clocked backgammon without knowing what happens when you run out of time. Once Ralph asked what happens when you run out of time, something he only decides to do when he's got 13 seconds left, he somehow managed to time out on the very next play in spite of trying to save a second by not shaking the dice. Of course he played with NO urgency and seemed to short circuit? Ralph's overall clock awareness is pretty much zilch.
