Is that a new thing? I signed up two years ago and it took only until the next morning about 8-10 hours to be approved. And he apologized for the delay, saying had been away from home. I didn't need an invite. (Gridgammon yes, but in 15 years of asking to be on there, my shadow ban continues. And I'm finally not interested. Loved that old software though, in it's day it was better than most of what we have now.)

I think Heroes has too many settings for match types and time. Some sane defaults, and alerting when an invite is deviating would be good. But overall I'm happy there. Not happy with my play, but that's because I've put no work into it for so many years which I intend to rectify.

I see top players who used to post here, on the facebook strategy group. I don't really do facebook. Hopefully most still post here. This is a good forum, and the richest goldmine of bg information anywhere on the net. Thanks Stick!
