Whether giant or intermediate, humans with the same PR wil make different errors also

Yes, people will make different errors from other people but there are moves introduced by noise that nobody will make. Having played my fair share of games there are errors human make, and commonly depending on their level. These often will not be the same errors noise evaluations make.

I don't think anyone would ever suggest learning how to play from 1 ply with noise. Bot play is not optimum strategy but it's as close as we have.
