What is the game plan with the best move ?

As the title suggested, the best move is not anchoring and playing 6/3 in order to start building his home board and to wait for a late shot. even though 99,9% of the players will do that.
But XG slightly prefers the outside hit !

Only 11 return hits (all the 5s but 6/5 plus double 1 and double 4) but White will attack relentlessly with the support of her strong homeboard and her double anchor.
So what will be the game plan for Blue if he is not it back ? Anchoring outside. And then try to race and avoid traps. I can't find hardly any other viable or convincing game plan, so if others players could shed some light on it, please share your thoughts.
