Maybe you're transcribing differently or maybe you have/haven't changed certain settings or maybe even (though I doubt it) you're on a different version that causes it but the things you're talking about don't happen to me. Something is wrong on your end.

Make a short video of your screen and post it to show us what you're doing/how it's happening?
