B/20 13/11*. I think the ratio of extra wins/extra net g losses is close to or greater than 1/2 which makes it correct for money. White dances with 9 numbers and enters without hitting on 9 others (including 52 which is White's worst). If White enters and hits, Blue might anchor or hit back on the 20-point.
