Losing 3a 1a gives you very close to 25%. So drop and accept 50% match equity or take and have a potential gain of 50% (win match and instead) and a potential loss of 25% (being 3a 1a instead). No gammons or recubes to worry about. That gives 1/3 chances needed. What did you do instead?
