In Response To: Probability of hitting a checker from a long running start (ah_clem)

with regards to the 4th line of your code, namely:
short = [0,0,0,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,2,1,1] #number of ways to roll exactly n
i think the 7th entry, which represents the number of ways to roll exactly a six, should be 4 and not 5.
in addition the 12th entry, which represents the number of ways to roll exactly an eleven, should be 2 and not 1.
