Blue is behind in the race which usually implies hanging back for contact. But with the bar point holding game I think there's enough contact to spring the runner. And making the 16 would seem to increase contact, so I'll do that, and then making the seven seems automatic.

16/10 8/7 also looks playable, but 22/16 8/7 looks better to me.

13/7 22/21 to provoke an exchange of hits? Interesting idea, but I'll stay with 22/16 8/7.
