DQ 2: A five prime is a terrible thing to waste

It looks like there is no way to go wrong with this roll, however, XG++ says the second-best play is -0.041.

This donkey wonders why making the 5-point prime, albeit it stacking the 9 point, is so obvious that it precludes consideration of any other plays.
