Stacking four on the nine point is great for blocking white's runners. But blue takes a 20 pip lead with this play, so there's no need to block since white is so far behind that she'll want to hold the anchor.

So, with a nice race lead, concentrate on bearing in and off and that means filling in the gap on the four. Unless white rolls a 55 to escape and even the race blue is in very good shape.
