This donkey wonders why making the 5-point prime, albeit it stacking the 9 point, is so obvious that it precludes consideration of any other plays.

This other donkey wonders if you're getting the wrong output from XG or misinterpreting it, because stacking the 9 point is not correct. That's according to both JLee-bot and XG.

Another reason to not play 13/9(4) that wasn't previously mentioned: 6's will play poorly after 9(4).
