I'd cover with B/24 6/3. If White dances, you'll be able to hit another checker with almost any number. If White enters, you'll mostly have either a single direct shot at White's blot on the 14 or a double shot at the blot on the mid. If White enters with 52, 42, or 22, you'll still have a reasonable game.
